I appreciated the great nearby parks for leisurely strolls, and it was so convenient to have popular local eateries just a few minutes away, including Chipotle and Panera Bread. the friendly staff made the experience even better.

It was a fine choice for a city break in Memphis with value for money. The staff handled our noisy neighbors quickly and moved us to a quieter room without any hassle.

I loved how comfy the king bed was, and the clean sheets made for a great night’s sleep! The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was that the fitness center could use some more equipment, but overall I really enjoyed my stay! 😊

the location was super easy to get to, right off the highway. the staff were incredibly friendly and responded to all our questions. the guest room king bed was simple but very clean. the fitness center was impressive with nice nautilus equipment.

Couldn’t ask for better.

Had a great time with friends exploring the Zoo and catching a game at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium! The staff were super friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but offers good amenities. Definitely try the breakfast. it's a good deal!

However, we had an issue with the toilet flooding in our room, which took a while to get fixed. This was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was clean and I appreciated the extra towels I received without even asking.

The bathrooms lean on the cramped side, with toilets so close to the door that maneuvering becomes a strategy session. Also, there seems to be a persistent breakfast mix-up. I've heard from others that breakfast inclusion details can get tangled up, leading to awkward discussions at checkout.

During our stay, we were impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the staff, particularly Sharod, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean and spacious, making it a pleasant base for exploring Memphis. However, I did wish for better lighting in the room, as it felt a bit dim at times.
